CST IS AN IMPORTANT PART OF YOUR HEALTH MAINTENANCE ROUTINE
Our bodies and our central nervous system are stressed and pushed to the limits on a daily basis. When we’re young, we can often bounce back. However, as we get older our bodies need some assistance to maintain the normal flow of cerebrospinal fluid throughout our central nervous system; a critical requirement for physical and mental health.
What Can I Expect During My CST Session?
- To start your appointment, we will ask you about your symptoms and any preexisting conditions to fully understand what we’re working to heal.
- Your session will last about 60-90 minutes, and you’ll begin by lying down on our deluxe water bed. We typically begin at your feet and move up the body during the treatment.
- You will remain fully clothed during the treatment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothing to your appointment.
- CST treatments are very relaxing and calming. We us only five grams of pressure (which is about the weight of a nickel) as we work on your feet, head, or sacrum.
- As we detect anything “out of place”, we will gently press or reposition you to normalize the flow of the cerebrospinal fluids.
How Many Sessions Does It Take?
The number of CST sessions required depends on multiple factors. For most patients it ranges from about 2-10 sessions to receive maximum benefits.
What are we working to heal? How bad is your current condition? During your first appointment, we’ll discuss these details and formulate a health treatment plan that works best for you.
Additionally, CST is a great form of health and body maintenance. Keeping the flow of your central nervous system aligned and free from any blockages helps you to feel great on a daily basis.

Although we do accept insurance for some other services within our practice, this particular service (CST) is NOT currently covered by insurance providers.
